Public Housing
Housing for families are available at numerous locations throughout Jefferson
County. Rents are based upon income and family size with placement based
upon the same criteria as the Section 8 program.  More

Federal housing rental assistance to assist low income individuals. Applicants
receive a housing voucher after they meet all the eligibility requirements.
